Ryan Poles – Can he change the culture?
Ryan Pole life has came around full circle. Playing for the Chicago Bears as an Offensive Lineman to now becoming the new GM for our Chicago Bears. Already clearing up a lot of cap space for a big offseason next year. Trading Khalil Mack letting go of Akiem Hicks leaves a lot of wholes on this defense. Poles brings in Matt Eberflus a defensive mind from Indianapolis. Poles biggest test is can he create a consistent dominant Offensive line to protect Justin Fields. The Chicago Bears have not had a O line for a while now. If he can figure that out the Bears will be in great hands but only time will tell. Poles just signed an Offense lineman today Michael Schofield and he will compete for a starting job a week after trading a 7th round pick to the New England Patriots for former 1st round pick N'Keal Harry when there was a lot of questions if Poles has done enough to put talent around Justin Fields in his 2nd year. Ryan Poles is always going to have competition and you can appreciate that. Pre Season is starting soon I have my fingers crossed.
