Tony LaRussa – Does he still have it?
After splitting a double header yesterday with the Cleveland Guardians, our Chicago Whitesox are sitting at 48-48 with all the World Series talk and how they should be the top of the top crem de la chem. This team is mediocre which is unfortunately is very redundant in this city with their sport teams. Ironically enough Tony was suppose to change that. Has not worked yet. Why is that? Great question, me personally I feel that he doesn't connect with the team how he is suppose to. The White Sox passed up on Aj Hinch when he was available and in my honest opinion I think that would have been a way better match up wit this young talented roster. Sox are 4 games back of the Central. While we hope they can make a playoff push and get a wild card at least to what happens when we get into the dance. Only time will tell. Do you think he stays if the Sox miss the playoffs. I don't but then again he has good chemistry with the Reinsdorfs who own the team so you never know.
